The idea was simple: generic AI chatbots reflect your current state back at you, but real transformation partners see past your frustration and point you toward who you can become. Seth was designed from the ground up to play that role — with a custom-built self-reflection system, multi-layer memory architecture, and a deliberately provocative, honest character.
Seth has been in active development for 15+ months and is treated by the team as a collaborative partner, not a product.
