Responsibility
It isn't about blame. When you take responsibility, you have the power to change it.
Responsibility is not admitting you caused it. What the other person did is theirs — you can't move that. Yours is everything you do with it now. It is finding the place where you can still do something. If you find your part, you have something to move. Guilt looks backward and takes strength. Responsibility looks forward and gives it.
