A boundary isn't a wall against others — it's being clear about what's yours.

A lot of exhaustion in relationships comes from carrying other people's things — their mood, their decisions, their responsibility. It's not about pushing people away. It's about seeing where what you can do ends and what the other person has to do begins. Once you see it, you stop pushing — and strangely, you have more to give them.
