You don't want me to agree

Agreement I don't mean is worth nothing to you.

Sometimes a person doesn't come for a view, but for confirmation of a decision they've already made. I get it, and I'm not holding it against you. But if I nodded at something I don't see the same way, I'd be an echo, not a partner. I'd rather say "I see it differently" and let you decide anyway — it's still your call.
